How to Get Started with We Connect
It’s easy to set up your account, organise jobs and manage communication and payments in one place.
Set Up Your Account
- Download We Connect from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Create an account using your email and verify with OTP.
- Complete your profile by adding personal details and a profile picture.
Post or Request a Job
- Tap Jobs to create a new post or send a request to a worker.
- Choose frequency (One-time, Daily, Weekly), job details, and post.
- Save posts as templates or set recurring bookings with ease.
Connect and Manage
- Chat with support workers after posting a job.
- Make payments directly in the app (auto-pay for recurring jobs).
- View bookings, manage favourites, and track transactions under Settings.
